Shipping policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to Marfissa, operated by Marfissa Solutions LLC.

We are committed to providing a reliable and secure delivery experience for all orders. Please review the details below regarding processing, shipping, and delivery.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed in the order received.

Processing times may vary depending on product type (in-stock vs. pre-order), order volume, internal verification procedures, fraud prevention review, payment verification, address verification, and manufacturer release schedules.

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and the order has passed any applicable internal review.

Payment authorization, payment capture, or receipt of an order confirmation email does not guarantee shipment or fulfillment.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at our sole discretion prior to shipment.

We may delay fulfillment, request additional verification, require an alternative payment method, or cancel and refund an order if it is flagged for fraud risk, payment risk, address risk, inventory risk, shipping risk, supplier issue, or any other concern identified during review.

2. PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

Pre-orders ship once inventory is received from the manufacturer.

Estimated release dates are provided for reference only and are subject to change without prior notice.

Manufacturer delays, allocation adjustments, production changes, or supply chain disruptions do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund, except as required by applicable law.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched to the carrier.

Pre-order shipping timelines begin only after inventory has been received, processed, allocated to the order, and prepared for shipment.

3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We ship via reputable national carriers within the United States.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside of our control, including:

Carrier delays

Weather disruptions

Service interruptions

Routing errors

Address-related delivery failures

Security checks

Holiday volume

Carrier capacity limitations

Customs, forwarding, or third-party handling delays when applicable

Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, carrier tracking updates, scans, routing, delivery attempts, and delivery timing are controlled by the carrier.

4. TITLE & RISK OF LOSS (Florida UCC § 672.509)

Title to goods transfers to the buyer upon shipment.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Until confirmed delivery occurs, we retain responsibility for the shipment.

Once tracking reflects “Delivered,” the shipment is considered fulfilled and our shipping obligations are complete.

Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, the shipment is considered fulfilled and responsibility transfers to the recipient.

For orders shipped to freight forwarders, couriers, mail forwarding services, export warehouses, hotels, commercial receiving locations, third-party recipients, or any address not directly controlled by the buyer, delivery confirmation at the shipping address provided at checkout or otherwise confirmed by the buyer constitutes completion of delivery.

After confirmed delivery to the shipping address, Marfissa is not responsible for any forwarding, export, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, international delivery, loss, theft, delay, damage, refusal, seizure, abandonment, or non-delivery involving any third party, courier, freight forwarder, export warehouse, or final destination.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses

Incomplete addresses

Missing apartment, suite, unit, box, locker, warehouse, courier, or customer reference numbers

Undeliverable shipments

Packages returned due to customer error

Delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Reshipping fees may apply for returned shipments.

We may correct minor address formatting issues based on carrier, postal, Shopify, or address validation suggestions. However, we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading address information provided by the customer.

If an order is shipped to a freight forwarder, courier, export warehouse, mail forwarding service, business address, third-party receiving location, or any address using a customer code, box number, locker number, suite number, warehouse reference, or similar identifier, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all required address details are complete and accurate.

6. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION & INSURANCE

For higher-value orders, we may require:

Signature confirmation

Carrier insurance

Adult signature delivery

Additional delivery verification

Restricted delivery where available

These measures are implemented to protect both the customer and the company.

Failure to accept a required signature delivery does not void Final Sale status.

If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery, fails to pick up the package, or does not comply with carrier delivery requirements, the order remains subject to our Refund Policy and any applicable Final Sale terms.

Insurance, when purchased or applied, is subject to the carrier’s claim rules, exclusions, documentation requirements, investigation process, and approval.

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking does not show “Delivered” and the package appears lost in transit:

The customer must notify us at contact@marfissa.com.

The customer must notify us so that we may initiate a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable.

We will provide reasonable assistance if requested.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located:

The customer must contact the carrier immediately.

The customer must file any theft or delivery investigation report required by the carrier or local authorities.

Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

For deliveries to freight forwarders, couriers, export warehouses, mail forwarding services, hotels, commercial receiving locations, third-party recipients, or other receiving agents, the customer must also contact that receiving party directly and follow its internal claim or investigation process.

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, delayed, refused, abandoned, or mishandled after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout or otherwise confirmed by the customer.

8. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If an item arrives visibly damaged in transit, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Submit your claim via email to: contact@marfissa.com.

Include your order number.

You must provide clear, unedited photographs of:

The unopened outer shipping carton prior to opening.

All visible sides of the shipping box.

The shipping label.

Internal protective packaging.

The damaged item.

Claims must include photographic evidence of the external shipping carton prior to opening.

Incomplete documentation may affect the ability to process the claim.

We are not responsible for:

Damage occurring after delivery.

Improper handling, storage, or opening by the customer.

Damage inconsistent with carrier impact.

Damage caused by freight forwarders, couriers, export warehouses, mail forwarding services, third-party handlers, customs inspections, international reshipping, or any handling after confirmed delivery.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery.

Failure to provide required documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Resolution will be determined based on the documentation provided and applicable circumstances.

Claims regarding the internal contents of factory-sealed products are not accepted.

For factory-sealed products, including electronics, smartphones, trading cards, stickers, albums, collectibles, and other sealed items, claims related to manufacturer packaging, internal contents, inserts, missing factory components, cosmetic packaging variations, or manufacturer configuration must be directed to the manufacturer where applicable.

9. ORDER VERIFICATION & FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect both our customers and our company, all orders are subject to internal quality control and documentation prior to shipment.

Orders may be:

Weighed and documented before dispatch.

Photographed during packaging.

Recorded during fulfillment.

Sealed with tamper-evident materials.

Reviewed for fraud, payment, billing, shipping, address, IP, device, or order risk indicators.

Claims alleging:

Missing items

Empty packages

Incomplete shipments

Unauthorized transactions

Non-receipt after confirmed delivery

must include:

Photographs of the shipping carton.

Photographs of all internal packaging materials.

Photographs of the shipping label.

Carrier confirmation documentation.

Any documentation requested by the carrier, payment processor, or Marfissa.

We reserve the right to:

Compare documented shipment weight against carrier delivery weight.

Provide fulfillment documentation as evidence in disputes.

Deny claims inconsistent with recorded fulfillment data.

Request identity, payment, address, recipient, or authorization verification before shipment.

Cancel and refund orders that fail verification or present excessive fraud or chargeback risk.

We reserve the right to investigate and report fraudulent claims where applicable.

We reserve the right to pursue recovery of losses, fees, and damages resulting from fraudulent claims.

10. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities per order.

Refuse shipments to high-risk addresses.

Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

Require additional verification for high-value orders.

Refuse or cancel shipments to freight forwarders, couriers, mail forwarding services, export warehouses, hotels, commercial receiving locations, third-party recipients, or addresses associated with excessive fraud, loss, dispute, or chargeback risk.

Require payment by a more secure method for high-value orders, electronics, smartphones, sealed devices, orders with billing/shipping mismatches, orders involving third-party recipients, or orders shipped to forwarding/export addresses.

Restrict shipment of certain products based on product type, carrier restrictions, manufacturer restrictions, destination, address type, fraud risk, legal requirements, or operational limitations.

We do not guarantee that all products can be shipped to all addresses, regions, countries, freight forwarders, couriers, or third-party receiving locations.

11. FREIGHT FORWARDERS, COURIERS, EXPORT WAREHOUSES & THIRD-PARTY RECEIVING ADDRESSES

Customers may choose to ship orders to freight forwarders, couriers, mail forwarding services, export warehouses, commercial receiving locations, third-party recipients, or similar addresses at their own risk.

If an order is delivered to a freight forwarder, courier, export warehouse, mail forwarding service, commercial receiving location, third-party recipient, or similar receiving address, Marfissa’s responsibility ends once the carrier confirms delivery to that address.

We are not responsible for any event occurring after confirmed delivery to that address, including but not limited to forwarding, export, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, international shipment, storage, handling, inspection, repackaging, consolidation, loss, theft, delay, damage, refusal, seizure, abandonment, or non-delivery.

The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, documentation, permits, restrictions, and compliance requirements related to forwarding, export, import, or international delivery.

Delivery confirmation to the freight forwarder, courier, export warehouse, mail forwarding service, commercial receiving location, third-party recipient, or similar address constitutes delivery to the buyer for purposes of this Shipping Policy, subject to applicable law.

12. HIGH-VALUE ELECTRONICS, SMARTPHONES & SPECIAL-ORDER ITEMS

Electronics, smartphones, sealed devices, unlocked devices, special-order items, limited-availability products, imported goods, and other high-value items may be subject to additional shipping, verification, and fraud prevention requirements.

Before shipment, we may require confirmation of billing information, shipping address, recipient identity, relationship between buyer and recipient, payment authorization, government-issued identification, signed authorization, or use of a more secure payment method.

We may refuse to ship high-value electronics or smartphones to addresses that present elevated fraud, payment, delivery, forwarding, or chargeback risk.

For unlocked phones and electronics, the customer is responsible for confirming carrier compatibility, network compatibility, regional compatibility, activation requirements, warranty coverage, and destination-country import requirements before placing the order.

Marfissa is not responsible for activation issues, carrier incompatibility, regional restrictions, warranty limitations, resale losses, or import/export issues after delivery.
