Orders & Pre-Orders
Can I cancel or modify my order?
All collectible items are offered on a final sale basis.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as inventory is reserved and processed immediately.
We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before completing checkout.
Are pre-orders cancellable?
No. Pre-orders are confirmed at the time of purchase and cannot be canceled.
Each pre-order secures inventory in advance of release. Availability and release timing are determined by the manufacturer and may be subject to change.
If availability is affected, orders may be adjusted or refunded accordingly.
Products & Packaging
Are the sticker boxes factory sealed?
Yes. All sticker boxes are brand new and factory sealed in original Panini packaging.
Are the albums factory sealed?
Albums are brand new and handled with care.
They may be separated from master cartons to fulfill individual orders. This does not affect authenticity or condition.
Can I return collectible products?
All collectible products are final sale.
Due to the nature of sealed collectible items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Shipping & Delivery
What happens if my package is marked “Delivered” but I cannot find it?
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
We recommend checking your delivery area, contacting neighbors, and reaching out to the carrier directly for assistance.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives visibly damaged in transit:
You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the unopened outer shipping box
- Photos of the shipping label
- Photos of internal packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.
Claims regarding internal contents of factory-sealed products are not accepted.
Failure to provide the required documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Damage claims are limited to shipping-related damage only.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, along with secure payment options available at checkout.
All transactions are processed through encrypted payment systems.
Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be reviewed and, in rare cases, canceled to ensure order integrity and security.
If canceled, you will be notified and refunded in full.
What if there is a pricing error?
In the event of a listing or pricing error, affected orders may be canceled prior to shipment and fully refunded.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.
